It also can purpose like a wetting and dispersing agent supporting insoluble particles which include shade pigments or inorganic sunscreens (zinc/titanium dioxide) to disperse pleasant and perhaps in liquids.  I also like this is in a tub, I do have some oil cleansers with a pump that function terrific, but I tend to portion out good cleansing
